The authorizations in Echometer are based on 3 roles:
- Workspace admin
- Creates and manages teams, workspace members, and the workspace health rotation
- Names team admins
- Cannot see any teams (including their retro archives and their team health results) in which he * she is not a member
- Team admin
- Manages team members and the team health rotation
- Manages the team's retro cycle (creates and sends team surveys, starts and navigates through retrospectives)
- Can name other team admins
- Can see both their own team and workspace health dashboards, but cannot edit the workspace health rotation
- Cannot see any teams (including their retro archives and their team health results) in which he * she is not a member
- Team members
- Take part in team surveys and retrospectives
- See both the team and workspace health dashboards
- Cannot see any teams (including their retro archives and their team health results) in which he * she is not a member
