Customer Success Manager (f / * / m)

We are looking for a colleague to join us full-time starting asap.

What you will do

  • Accompany our customers (like Miele, FitX or Toyota) through the Echometer experience in onboardings, trainings, and ongoing support
  • Systematically gather customer feedback and share it internally
  • Craft helpful resources such as knowledgebase articles, tutorials, how-to videos and webinars
  • Analyze customer data and to help them discover (new) aspects of the product that are most beneficial to them
  • Manage accounts by ensuring subscription renewals as well as leveraging cross- or up-selling opportunities
  • Encouraging customer advocacy through testimonials, case studies and referrals

Our expectations

  • You are eager to experience and accelerate the growth of a startup in a rapidly changing environment
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in customer-facing, or customer success-related roles (B2B SaaS is a plus)
  • You are a self-driven team player with a friendly and diplomatic conflict-solving style
  • You are a good, empathetic listener & communicate proactively at the same time
  • You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
  • You are open to work remotely - if you are from the Münster (NRW) area, even better
