Lead Product Manager (f/*/m)

We are looking for a colleague to join us full-time.

What you will do

  • Build up Echometer's product organization in close collaboration with customers, software developers and the founders
  • Break down the product vision into a prioritized roadmap and advocate the strategic perspective into the planning of each development cycle
  • Identify customer's needs along their journey and explore ways to remove hurdles, get users to wow moments and reach and strengthen PMF
  • Identify and connect relevant stakeholders to make sure that they are involved in continuous feedback loops during the product development
  • Advocate Echometer's mission internally and externally. Helping customers, partners and colleagues to understand their contribution to and identify with Echometer's mission
  • Optimize constantly – always questioning the status quo and exploring new ways of doing things

Our expectations

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in product management – at best you have seen multiple products in your career with at least one being B2B SaaS and one being an early stage startup where you started from scratch or Pre-PMF
  • You have excellent communication & moderation skills and are able to resolve conflicts of interest
  • you love interacting with your customers to identify their needs and provide them with the best possible experience
  • You are able to stay ahead of things, say “no” and prioritize ideas having the big picture and vision in mind
  • You are enthusiastic about agile ways of working and have a deep understanding of related trends
  • You have a basic technical understanding of web front-end and back-end software development
  • You proactively take responsibility, experiment to test your assumptions and contribute to a culture of learning
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English. German is a bonus, but not required.
  • You are open to work remotely – if you are from the Münster (NRW) area, even better
