• Echometer is hosted by the Telekom Open Cloud and exclusively within the EU.
• Customer data is encrypted both during transit and in the database “at rest”.
• Echometer discloses its Technical and Organizational Measures (TOMs for short) as part of its data processing agreement (DPA for short), which is listed as an appendix to every SaaS contract. The DPA is can be viewed online here.
