When purchasing via Echometer’s self-checkout, the invoices for all workspace admins can be viewed via workspace administration in Echometer. Click on “Administration” in the sidebar on the left and then select “Subscription & Billing”.
When purchasing Echometer via a manual SaaS contract, invoices are sent to the agreed e-mail address. In the case of manual SaaS contracts, the invoices cannot be viewed in the workspace.
Can I cancel my Echometer subscription at any time?
Yes, as a workspace admin you can cancel your workspace’s Echometer subscription at any time.
- Normal case: When purchasing the Echometer subscription via the self-checkout, you do not have to observe a notice period.
- Special case: In the case of manual SaaS contracts, an individual notice period may have been agreed and the termination must be issued via email by an authorized company representative.
Can I pay for Echometer on account?
Yes, you can also pay Echometer with an open invoice as a means of payment.
However, this is only possible with manual SaaS contracts for larger customers. Purchase on account is not possible in the self-checkout of Echometer.
Can I pay for Echometer with Paypal?
Yes, Paypal is a supported payment method in Echometer.

Yes, Echometer can issue invoices without German VAT according to the reverse charge procedure, so that the tax liability is transferred to the service recipient. To do this, enter your valid VAT identification number when concluding the contract or in the self-checkout.
