What is Echometer?
Echometer is a software for managers of agile teams with which you can easily conduct retrospectives and 1:1 meetings.
In addition, managers can use the Team Health Checks in Echometer to visualize trends in team development (e.g. by measuring Spotify Health Checks or psychological safety). The findings from the team Health Checks can then be used in team retrospectives and evaluated across teams. Pulse checks can be used to automate regular team health surveys.
