During the outbreak of Coronavirus, Echometer proves to be a valuable tool, supporting managers in ensuring the adaptability of teams:
The teams collected feedback on current developments and the psychological aspects of their teamwork every 2 to 4 weeks. The results of this were then reflected independently in team workshops (known as retrospectives) with their manager.
Echometer took on the role of digital coach, covering the moderation and organization of the retrospectives, so that the teams and managers could continue to concentrate on their work.
The management and HR team can centrally define questions that will be asked across all teams.
This gives the HR team continuous insight into the well-being and development of the teams. With this, it can be seen whether managers are incorporating the feedback generated from their retrospectives while working independently with their teams or not.
Here, too, both managers and HR have some work reduced by the self-organization of the teams.
Through this, the HR team had insight into the activity of the teams and thus were able to follow, live, how the teams were developing (resulting in an average of 4.6 action items per team), and drive change.
