- Help a fast growing startup to grow their team by identifying and reaching out to potential hires
- Create attractive job profiles for our open positions
- Make candidates excited about Echometer’s mission and vision
- Identify motivational and cultural fit in interviews with candidates
- Develop and continuously improve recruiting and onboarding processes at Echometer
- Steer culture & team development initiatives at Echometer
- Act as an interface between founders & operational teams for the different positions
