Customer Success Manager (f/*/m)

We are looking for someone to join us full-time starting asap.

What you will do

  • Help our customers succeed in developing their teams!
  • Building trustful relationships with our customers
  • Closely collaborate with internal roles such as Sales, Marketing and Product Development
  • Ensuring a smooth onboarding of new customers such as Miele, T-Systems Schweiz or Shopware
  • Promoting the development and expansion of customer accounts
  • Execution of consulting projects with customers
  • Translating customer feedback into product requirements

Our expectations

  • 1-3 years of experience in a SaaS company within a customer-facing role
  • High level of interest and preferably some basic understanding of agile frameworks
  • Curious person with self-starter mentality
  • Very good German and good English language skills
  • Passion for psychology, change, transformation, company culture #NewWork
  • Know-how in consultative selling, project management and project methodologies 🙂
