Working Student Sales & Customer Success (f/*/m)

We are looking for a working student to join us 10 – 20 hours/week starting asap.

What you will do

  • Identify leads through existing channels as well as new lead sources
  • Qualify leads effectively to enable our sales team to focus on the right leads
  • Convert leads through online demos and telephone calls
  • Understand & continuously improve our B2B sales funnel through learning-focused experiments
  • Help existing customers unleash the whole potential of using Echometer
  • Interview existing customers and generate testimonials that help leads understand how they can use Echometer
  • Analyse customer usage patterns and share insights with other internal roles (esp. sales & product team)

  • You are eager to experience and accelerate the growth of a startup in a rapidly changing environment
  • You are aspiring to become a sales genius from lead qualification to customer success.
  • You want to proactively take responsibility, experiment and show willingness to learn and teach
  • You are full of energy and positive spirit, even after 5 online demos
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English
  • You would be open to join us full time next year
  • At best you come from the Münster area
