Design & UX Specialist (m/f/*)

We are looking for a colleague to join us full-time starting asap.

Design intuitive solutions for product design challenges – from concept to pixel-perfect execution.
Understand users mental models to help users benefit from Echometer’s features.
Work cross-functional with Marketing and other roles to communicate consistent and inspiring stories throughout the user lifecycle: Across our website, product and other channels.
Actively evolve our design system as we scale.

You’ve designed and built great software tools in the past.
You’re a good listener who is eager to understand our users needs and who collaborates well with different stakeholders.
When you see flaws or inconsistencies in software products, you have a strong urge to fix it.
Optional: You can polish features in the codebase (We love to hire designers who can do basic coding like HTML & CSS to reduce hand-off cost with engineers.)
