Working Student Business Development (f / * / m)

We are looking for a working student to join us 10 - 20 hours / week starting asap.

What you will do

  • Directly work with a co-founder and assist in business development & sales activities: engaging potential customers in conversions via email, LinkedIn & phone etc.
  • Develop ideas and run your own experiments to deliver value to our potential customers and optimize our KPIs 
  • Use state-of-the-art tools such as Hubspot, hunter.io or LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify potential leads
  • Learn & understand how a modern B2B inbound funnel works
  • Act as an interface between marketing & sales team

Our expectations

  • You are fluent in German and English
  • You are eager to experience and accelerate the growth of a startup in a rapidly changing environment
  • You are hands-on, willing to learn and grow and an effective, disciplined team player
  • You are studying in a relevant field, such as marketing, sales, or within the training & learning path
  • It's a bonus if you have gained first practical experiences within the field of agile ways of working and related frameworks (e.g. Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
  • You are available at least 6 months for up to 20 hours / week
  • You are open to work full-time remote or move to Münster, Germany and join some of us in the co-working space
