Tech Recruiter (f/*/m)

We are looking for a colleague to join us full-time.

What you will do

  • Help a fast growing startup to grow their team by identifying and connecting with potential hires
  • Manage the entire hiring process for various tech positions, from job advertisement to interviews and onboarding
  • Active sourcing & continuous exploration of new, innovative recruitment channels
  • Make candidates excited about our awesome mission and vision and help us strengthen our employer brand by ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Identify motivational and cultural fit in interviews with candidates
  • Develop and continuously improve recruiting and onboarding processes at Echometer
  • Steer culture & team development initiatives at Echometer

Our expectations

  • You have at least 2-3 years of experience in recruiting – ideally, you have already recruited people in the IT area and have also gained experience with recruiting for a B2B SaaS startup
  • You are able and like to communicate on a professional level with different candidates, demonstrating your strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • You have a strong talent network in the areas of tech and IT and understand different tech requirement profiles
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English. German is a bonus, but not required
  • Ideally, you are an all-rounder in the field of people and culture but have your focus on recruiting and talent acquisition
  • You are eager to experience and accelerate the growth of a startup in a rapidly changing environment
  • You are hands-on, willing to learn and grow and an effective, disciplined team player
  • You are open to work full-time remote or move to Münster, Germany and join some of us in the co-working space
